Orders & payment

Placing an order reserves your chosen pieces. Payment is made by direct bank transfer using the details provided on your order confirmation. If payment is not received within 7 days, we may release the reservation.

Products & natural variation

Every piece is made from genuine Baltic amber. Natural amber varies in colour, clarity, texture and inclusions — the piece you receive will be individually unique and may differ subtly from the photographed example. These variations are characteristics of the authentic material, not defects.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment clearing. Delivery is complimentary on orders of £60 or more; a delivery charge of £4.99 applies to orders under £60. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith; international deliveries may be subject to customs processing and local import duties payable by the recipient.

Returns

You may return an unworn piece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Contact us via your order confirmation email to arrange a return.

Liability

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
