What we collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, phone number, billing address and delivery address. We do not collect payment card details — payment is made by bank transfer directly to our account.

How we use your information

Your details are used solely to process and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and — only if you subscribe — to send occasional news from our atelier. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as required for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by replying to any of our emails.
